1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between 24/7 Flexi Storage Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) for the rental and use of a storage unit. By booking and accessing a unit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking and Access
- Units are booked via our online portal with real-time availability.
- On completion of booking and payment, you will be issued a unique access code to enter the facility and your unit.
- Access is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless temporary restrictions are required for maintenance or security.
- Your access code is personal; you must not share it with unauthorised persons.
- You are responsible for locking your unit securely and ensuring your stored items are safe.
3. Permitted Use of Units
- Units are to be used solely for storage of goods that you own or are lawfully entitled to store.
- You must not store:
- Perishable goods or living animals.
- Explosives, flammable substances, or hazardous materials.
- Illegal items or goods obtained unlawfully.
- You agree not to conduct any business or living activities within the unit.
- You must keep your unit clean and ensure goods are packed/stored safely.
4. Payment and Fees
- Storage fees are payable monthly in advance.
- Invoices are issued electronically and can be paid online via your account.
- If payment fails or becomes overdue, late fees and administrative charges may apply as outlined on your invoice.
- If payment remains outstanding for 7 days or more, we may:
- Restrict access to your unit.
- Enter the unit and take possession of goods.
- Sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with goods to recover the debt and associated costs (as permitted by law).
- You remain liable for any balance owed after goods are sold or disposed of.
5. Insurance
- You are responsible for ensuring your goods are adequately insured for their full replacement value.
- We do not insure your goods and are not liable for loss or damage except where caused by our proven negligence.
6. Security
- Our facility has access controls and monitoring; however, we do not guarantee complete security.
- You must secure your unit with an appropriate lock and take all reasonable measures to protect your goods.
7. Termination
- You may terminate your storage agreement by providing written notice as specified in your booking confirmation (usually one billing cycle).
- We may terminate the agreement with notice if you breach these Terms or fail to pay your fees.
- Upon termination, you must remove all goods and leave the unit in a clean, undamaged state.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to your goods (unless due to our negligence).
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability is limited to the monthly storage fee paid by you, except where law prohibits such limitation.
9. Customer Support
- While access is automated, our team is available to assist you.
- We respond to phone calls and emails promptly, and aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

10. General
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- We may update these Terms from time to time; the most recent version will always be available on our website.
11. Acceptance
By booking a unit and using our facilities, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
