How do I book a unit?

We offer a completely contactless and fully automated booking process! Simply visit our 24/7 Flexi Storage online portal to browse our wide range of unit sizes and types with real-time availability, then reserve the unit that suits you – all online, anytime.

Can I pay my bill online? Absolutely. You can easily view and pay your invoices through your online account under the ‘Invoices’ section.

Can I access my unit on my own? Yes – true to our name, you have 24/7 access to your belongings. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a unique, secure access code for both the facility and your unit via our integrated access control system.

I booked a unit. How do I know where it is? After reserving your unit and setting up your account, you can view a facility map for your chosen location. Under ‘Your Units’ in your profile, you’ll see exactly where your unit is located before you arrive.

Do I have to sign up for a long contract? No long-term commitments are required! At 24/7 Flexi Storage, you only pay for what you need. The minimum commitment is just your first month’s rent – after that, you stay as long (or as short) as you like.

How do I know what unit size to choose? Each unit type includes helpful descriptions and examples of what typically fits, making it easy to choose the best size for your needs. If you’re still unsure, contact our friendly team and we’ll be happy to guide you.
